Job Description
1. Architect and manages the HR IT Global Platforms and Foundation, serving as the IT partner and provider at a global level for HR departments, Centers of Excellence, and HR Services.
2. Strategy and transformationSupport transformation of business strategies and needs into an efficient and state-of-the-art IT solutions and services portfolio. Support to create implementation plans for all related IT aspects.Proactively contribute to overall strategy of CC and IT.
3. Project Management Lead the implementation of global HR IT Master Data Management solutions, utilizing both cloud and on-premise technologies.Review impact to architecture in projects and give guidance to achieve an optimal setup
4. Oversee the HR IT platforms, including but not limited to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP and Fiori. Oversee integrations and interfaces with relevant platforms and applications outside the HR IT landscape, Identity and Access Management.
5. Knowledge Management:Serve as the knowledge source for HR IT technologies, architecture, and data flow.Maintain and update deep and broad knowledge in this strategically important field.
6. Technical Authority:Act as the technical authority within the area of responsibility.Drive innovations and improve existing technologies.Develop and implement strategies for the respective Expert Field.
7. Consultation and Guidance:Consult with colleagues and management within the area of responsibility.Provide guidance and training to other employees.
8. Optimization and Innovation:Actively contribute to the development and implementation of new strategies and technologies.Ensure optimization of global HR-IT technical landscape, platforms and data flows, focusing on strategy, portfolio, architecture and roadmap.
Qualifications
9. Academic degree in computer science, another technical field or an equivalent qualification
10. Multiple years of work experience
11. Thorough knowledge of HR IT platforms, esp. but not limited to Successfactors, SAP HCM, SAP BTP, Master Data Management, Architecture Management
12. A passion for development and optimization of system landscapes and data flows
13. Project management skills
14. Excellent problem-solving and holistic thinking skills
15. Efficient troubleshooting capabilities
16. High customer-orientation and interpersonal skills
17. Intercultural sensitivity
18. Working knowledge or experience with HR business processes
19. Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken), German skills of advantage (developable through training)
20. Open to travel up to 10%, incl. business trips abroad
