In order to continue our Market Leading role within many of our therapies and further strengthen our UK team, we are looking for talented individuals who are interested in a newly created role as Commercial Development Manager - OEM. In this role you will be responsible for dedicated Key Accounts within the UK to expand and gain Market Share in our core business areas of Blood Oxygenation Management and Perioperative / Brain Monitoring.
The position will involve:
1. Close collaboration with the ACM Sales and Marketing Team
2. Execution on Marketing Initiatives in dedicated Key Accounts
3. Maximizing business results through new contracts and investments
4. Developing and expanding the relationship with our OEM partners on a National level
5. Promoting and educating hospital staff on our unique solutions to improve patient safety
6. Proactively seeking new opportunities for pathway optimization and collaboration with other Medtronic Operating Units
7. KOL Management within dedicated Key Accounts
8. Collaboration with Western European OEM Team
9. Negotiating with UK Private Healthcare Providers, at a national level, to drive financial growth and market share in this sector.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
10. Strong grasp of company business strategy and future growth plans
11. Thorough understanding of value-based Healthcare and ability to network with managerial level stakeholders
12. Solid understanding of Healthcare Market in country
13. Sales background in Medical Devices
14. Strong team player and track record of working collaboratively
15. A flexible individual feeling at ease in different cultures and situations
16. Passionate about the business; knowledge and experience within a Medical or Healthcare organisation
17. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
