1. General Purpose
As a Senior Manager Data Strategy at DBC you are responsible for the execution of a Digital Data Strategy and Program as part of the Data Strategy & Visualization team.
Together with wider Digital Analytics & Operations group, you work to continuously execute, measure and evolve the strategic roadmap in order to maximize the impact of data, driving value to our consumers across our digital ecosystem.
Partnering with several teams you’ll define a robust Digital Data Strategy, Roadmap, and Backlog, and are responsible for managing the capability expansion increments and leading the team towards definition of new functionalities & best practices. Additionally, you’re responsible for measuring and assessing the overall impact of the program, ensuring we’re driving both great consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental revenues from our digital initiatives.
1. Key Responsibilities
Scope: Accountable for execution of strategic program including tracking and performance measurement
1. Product Strategy & Delivery
* Be accountable for the success of the Digital Data Strategy and Roadmap execution from capacity planning to impact and ROI measurement
* Specify the vision and roadmap as well as creation of clear themes and epics and work with cross-functional teams to plan capacity and execution
* Be accountable for delivery in line with the roadmap and committed delivery dates utilizing agile project management best practices to ensure early indication of success / failure is transparent and reportable to management for steering
* Identify and solve dependencies with other product teams to ensure efficient delivery
* Coordinate interfaces between different product teams in your area of responsibility
1. Stakeholder Management
* Represent the business for the strategic product area fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that their views and requirements are captured in the product backlog.
1. Backlog Management
* Prioritize the items in the Digital Data Strategy backlog. Specify the definition-of-done in cooperation with your key Stakeholders and / or product team(s).
* Own the refinement of the Digital Data Strategy backlog to ensure that the teams are delivering the right enhancements to drive consumer and business value.
* Provide acceptance for delivered backlog items by the team, in line with the definition-of-done.
* Provide clear and regular burndown reporting on the progress of backlog completion
1. Monitoring
* Be accountable for monitoring, optimization and enhancement of the configuration, features and functionalities related to the Digital Data Strategy
* Ensure that objective data and feedback are used to measure the impact of the Digital Data Strategy

1. Requirements
1. Education & Experience
* Degree with focus on Business Administration, Communication or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 8+ years of experience working in a Digital and/or eCommerce environment
* 5+ years working in an Agile project or product management related role, in a fast-paced agile environment
* Experience in tracking and reporting Agile projects
* Experience visualizing data and creating compelling and clear strategic presentations
* Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels
* Experience in creating strong internal business cases to support investment and internal resource requests

* Excellent project management skills, detailed oriented, structured and timely
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
* High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
