We are looking for a highly skilled FP&A Manager to join our team!

* Create annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
* Develop complex financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial plans align with organizational objectives
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis and management reporting
* Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
* Support evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to inform growth initiatives

Requirements
\
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
* 6+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
* Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
* Ability to build positive working relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and externally
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset
* Able to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
* Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
