Do you have experience of PCB Design and want to work on projects at the cutting edge of the Aerospace Sector?
The Company provides Power Electronic and Power Management technology into the Space industry and are looking to expand into the Defence Industry in the future, to provide their designs to a new sector. They are looking for an additional member of their PCB Design team to replace a recent retirement and continue allow themselves to continue their company’s plans for the future!
You will be working in a small team of PCB Designers, collaborating within teams to allow for projects to be completed efficiently and all circuitry is designed as required for each customer’s specifications.
This person will be someone who comes form a PCB Design background, comfortable with working on designs with up to 8-10 layers of complexity using software such as PADS or PADS Professional. They must be comfortable with collaboration with the different teams to ensure projects are completed effectively to customer specifications.
This is a great chance for someone to join this company, with the opportunity to progress into a team leadership role within 3-5years, allowing them to manage their own team of PCB Designers!
The Role
* Design of PCBs of power electronics for aerospace application
* Ensuring all client requirements are met, including Signal integrity, thermal properties, ect…
* You will be Managing up to 10 layers of PCB Design
* Receiving Specifications, Designing, adapting and Improving PCB Designs

* * Experience with 8-10 layers of PCB Design, preferably with experience in using PADS PCB Design or PADS Pro
* Must be able to collaborate within a team and communicate Ideas
* Fluent in English
