If you’re looking for a new and exciting challenge, we’re looking for you—based at our headquarters in Schemmerhofen near Biberach/Riss—as: IT Administrator / Support Engineer (m/f/d) Responsibilities Your Responsibilities: Providing assistance and support to users in First Level Support (phone, ticket system, remote) Analyzing, resolving, and implementing sustainable solutions for more complex issues in Second Level Support Providing technical support and knowledge transfer to First Level Support Administration, maintenance, and further development of IT systems (client, server, network) Fault analysis in Windows, Microsoft 365, and network environments Collaboration on IT projects (rollouts, migrations, system implementations) Administration of Active Directory as well as user and permission structures Documentation of solutions, system configurations, and processes Collaboration with external service providers and international locations Job Requirements Your technical requirements and qualifications: Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable qualification Strong knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems Experience with Active Directory and user and permissions management Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Entra ID / Azure AD, Teams; Intune is a plus) Basic to strong knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WLAN, VLAN, VPN) Proficiency in handling workstation hardware, printers, and peripheral devices Basic understanding of IT security and data protection Very good German skills and good written and spoken English are required Professional experience in IT support or system operations is desirable Your personal skills: Strong service and user orientation Structured, reliable, and independent work style Strong communication skills, even when dealing with technical issues Ability to work in a team and a sense of responsibility Deep understanding of data protection and information security Benefits & Perks We offer you: A diverse and responsible role in a modern IT environment A permanent employment contract with a stable, forward-thinking corporate group Modern, air-conditioned workstations Flexible working hours Performance-based compensation and a company pension plan (after 5 years of service) Special payments (vacation and Christmas bonuses), 30 days of annual leave, and other benefits Free parking directly on-site Collaborative IT team with short decision-making processes Structured onboarding and ongoing professional exchange The service-oriented position is located at the group’s headquarters in Schemmerhofen.
