5. Getting to know the 4 IT areas. Desktop Service, Infrastructure, Service Management and Cloud
6. Hardware structure and configuration - interaction of hardware components
7. Introduction to the internal hardware lifecycle. From new procurement to scrapping/disposal.
8. Insight into the daily life of an IT desktop employee. Recognizing and solving IT problems
