You will be part of an international team advising Siemens Group’s operating unit. You will consider aspects from all major areas of tax law such as transfer pricing, withholding tax, permanent establishments, customs, and VAT. You will support and manage the process of transfer pricing documentation, TP monitoring, and data analysis, and provide strategic transfer pricing advice to ensure compliance and alignment with Siemens’ global TP framework. You will independently develop solutions to diverse and complex tax issues and proactively drive projects forward or act as a tax expert in cross‑functional initiatives. You will rely on support from a global organization of experienced tax specialists. You will take initiative and assume responsibility. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience & Skills: Several years of professional experience in international taxation, gained at an international consulting firm or within a multinational company. In‑depth knowledge and practical experience in transfer pricing, including TP documentation, monitoring, data analysis, and strategic TP advisory. Practical experience with different tax jurisdictions is an advantage. Ideally, successfully passed the German Tax Advisor Exam (Steuerberaterexamen). Understanding of economic and technical interconnections and enthusiasm for tax/transfer‑pricing topics related to current technological developments. Ways of working: Solution‑oriented, analytically strong, confident communicator; enjoys working in international and cross‑functional teams. Languages: Business proficiency in English and German.
