7. Preparing contracts and annexes for review and signature.
8. Liaising with cross-functional teams for contract review and approval.
9. Managing the signature process and document registration.
10. Drafting and dispatching addenda related to contract changes.
11. Overseeing the management of audit files through shared drives and collaboration tools.
12. Archiving and retrieving documents as required by regulatory standards and business needs.
