Wound Care Product Development Manager
As a key member of our Wound Care Division, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative products and maintaining our existing portfolio. Your expertise in medical technology and product development will enable you to create solutions that improve lives worldwide.
You will act as a strategic interface between internal teams and external partners, bringing your knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards to ensure compliance and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Idea generation for new products and technologies
* Project leadership throughout the development lifecycle including design reviews, technical reviews, and project gate reviews within the innovation and development areas of the wound care division
* New product development in compliance with relevant regulations and standards, supporting audits (concept development, requirements engineering, risk management, verification & validation testing)
* Presenting project status at all levels of the company
* Taking technical responsibility for a defined product portfolio within wound care with technical roadmap responsibility
* Collaboration with other departments such as marketing, production supply chain regulatory affairs external service providers

Your ideal background includes completed studies in natural science or engineering (e.g., medical technology / mechatronics material engineering) practical experience in medical device R&D ideally in wound care excellent analytical skills high solution orientation excellent organizational communication skills combined with practical expertise as a project lead fluency English German
