We are currently looking for a Head of Product B2B (all genders) based in Europe with regular visits to Berlin.

Your mission with us:

Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, you'll play a critical role in Lingoda’s B2B growth by executing our product vision and strategy. Your primary focus will be digitizing our internal processes and value chain, ensuring scalability and operational excellence. You'll lead the development of intuitive, highly automated, and AI-driven internal tools that significantly enhance our operational efficiency, enabling sustained growth and improved margins.

Additionally, you'll leverage innovations from our successful B2C products to continually elevate the student experience and improve learning outcomes, student engagement, and exam pass rates.

As Head of Product, you will lead an experienced team of Product Managers, collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business Transformation, and internal stakeholders, and drive strategic alignment across the organization.






Your Tasks:

* Lead and Mentor Product Managers: Develop and guide your team, cultivating a culture of autonomy, innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
* Optimize Internal Processes: Deeply understand Lingoda’s internal business operations, proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, and drive the creation of impactful digital solutions.
* Coordinate Strategic Planning: Own the quarterly OKR planning cycle, aligning product objectives clearly with company goals and ensuring measurable outcomes.
* Implement Best Practices: Champion industry-leading product management methodologies, emphasizing documentation quality, efficient workflows, and continuous improvement.
* Drive Stakeholder Alignment: Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and strategic communication about priorities, progress, and outcomes.
* Champion User Experience Excellence: Elevate the quality of internal and external user experiences, fostering a strong design culture and ensuring usability is central to product decisions.


Your bring to Lingoda:

* 8+ years in product management, including 4+ years leading and mentoring teams, preferably within high-growth tech companies.
* Strong track record in developing internal digital products and automations, understanding complex business processes, and successfully translating these into intuitive, scalable solutions.
* Proven ability to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful product improvements aligned with strategic business goals.
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills, adept at influencing senior leaders, aligning expectations, and facilitating change management within complex organizational structures.
* Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities, comfortable leveraging qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive informed decision-making.
* Passion for outstanding product design and UX/UI, committed to continuously raising the bar in usability and user engagement.
* Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex strategies clearly and persuasively to all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
* Macro-to-micro versatility: able to strategically plan while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and operational excellence.
* Fluent in English (C2 level) and proficient in German (at least B2 level).
