Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Senior Payroll Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with local regulations and individual company agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage monthly salary calculations for a dedicated client portfolio across various sectors.
* Handle payroll-related questions and address concerns with clarity and professionalism.
* Stay up-to-date with Luxembourg labor law changes, conventions collectives, and regulatory updates impacting payroll.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience in payroll processing in Luxembourg, preferably with a fiduciary or PFS background. A solid knowledge of Luxembourg labor law and exposure to multiple collective agreements is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in French is necessary, and English proficiency is required (German or Luxembourgish would be an asset).
* Strong communication skills and a client-oriented mindset are essential.
