We are a fast growing, global technology service company looking for a Global Key Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and to build growth within selected key account customers globally. You will work together with our sales teams and global business organization consisting of service minded and professional experts. The work requires travelling to Customers and Etteplan’s locations, mainly in Europe. Our team work in hybrid mode and time to time there is flexibility to work from home as well. Your role: As a Global Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales, leading and developing global cooperation with your key accounts as well as identifying new business opportunities for long-term growth. Additionally, you will: Drive for highest levels of key account experience, understand objectives that are critical to key account customer and take a business value solution based approach Create and work customer plans to penetrate key accounts, identify multiple stakeholders and engage internal resources while driving the sales Report and forecast financial topics and planning actions related to key accounts Your experience and qualifications: We expect you to be passionate about building customer value centric growth and business solutions. You get energy from working with customers and and set an example to inspire others to meet customer expectations. In addition you have: Masters or Bachelor´s degree in technology or in economics At least five years of evidence of successful international business solution work or sales or sales management, in industrial sector Experience of working in technology oriented services e.g. in area of engineering, electronics and software service business, including agreement preparations and negotiations with customers. High tech and semiconductor experience is an advantage. A proactive, hands on, analytical and customer centric approach to work Fluency in German and English, spoken and written We value: You work well under pressure and you are eager to achieve successful sales results.
