For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Global Process Analyst (m/f/d) in Böblingen (hybrid).
Your contribution:
As part of the global transformation, you will shape our globally harmonised business processes. You will support all business transformation projects with their process requirements and process design & documentation.
This role is also instrumental in driving process ownership rollout, driving process fluency, creating and delivering process training, and ensuring the successful adoption of new ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with the business teams and them embrace the process and organizational changes.
Your tasks:
* Act as a process analyst on transformation projects to support the business users as well as our partners and suppliers
* Collect business requirements and develop proposals on how to fulfil them
* Analyze processes and the users pain points and develop and document more efficient processes working with the process experts; introduce process metrics and dashboards
* Support the required process changes and support the business users on their adoption journey
* Drive the implementation of process ownership, mentor the business on responsibility of process owners and drive the onboarding of process owners and enable their upskilling
* Design and deliver elements of the process fluency initiative across the organization
* Create process training materials and deliver global process upskilling
* Develop upskilling strategies in a global multi-language and multi-cultural organization; identify and develop local delivery mechanisms for rolling out process training and upskilling
* Participate actively in our process community
Your background
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HR, Engineering or comparable.
* Experience working on process transformations in Sales, HR or Supply Chain Management; additional experience in Finance is a plus
* Strong background in upskilling and training
* Solid experience with process analysis and documentation
* Excellent communication, facilitation and collaboration skills in a global environment
* Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken. German is a plus
* Business or process analyst certification such as Lean Six Sigma, BPMN 2.0, APQC, SCOR
* Self-starter with analytical mindset, ability to connect business and technical teams and ability to delve into technical details as well as manage key senior business stakeholders
* Knowledge of quoting and order management, supply chain management and Human Capital processes preferred, ideally experience in a Semi-Conductor and manufacturing environment
