Commercial Analytics Manager – Europe (Pharma Company)
Location: Within commutable distance of Frankfurt (hybrid – approx. 4 days/month on site).
An opportunity for an experienced Commercial Analytics professional to drive data-led decision-making across European markets. This role offers a blend of strategic influence and hands-on analytics within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
The Role
You’ll act as the subject matter expert for commercial analytics, incentive planning, and CRM operations. Supporting affiliates across Europe, you’ll shape business strategy by delivering actionable insights and overseeing key elements of commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading data analytics and reporting across multiple European markets
* Supporting segmentation, targeting, and sales force effectiveness
* Designing and delivering dashboards and visualisations (Power BI/Tableau)
* Managing incentive compensation plans and performance tracking
* Ensuring data governance and alignment across business units
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years’ experience in commercial, marketing, or financial data analytics
* Experience in pharma, biotech or medtech is a must
* Hands-on SQL and dashboard development expertise
* Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally Veeva)
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Bonus: experience with Python, R, SAS, or VBA
* Being fluent in both German and English is a must
Location requirement: The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence approximately four days per month. Candidates must be based within a reasonable commute of the Frankfurt office (near Frankfurt Airport).
