We are looking for a Director of Sales to help shape the future of construction tech. We're on a mission to eliminate downtime in the industry, and we’re looking for a strategic and driven commercial leader to accelerate our growth in the DACH market. In this high‑impact role, you’ll play a key part in expanding our ecosystem, unlocking new revenue streams, and driving lasting partnerships across the construction landscape. Who are you ideally?
* 7+ years of leadership experience in SaaS or technology sales with a track record of delivering revenue growth.
* Deep knowledge of go‑to‑market strategy, pipeline forecasting, customer success practices and scaling execution.
* Inspirational people leader skilled at managing and coaching high‑performing teams, attracting, growing and retaining top talent.
* Data‑driven operator skilled in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), dashboards and KPI‑driven performance management.
* Strategic communicator and negotiator with excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders.
* Resilient and growth‑oriented, thriving in fast‑moving environments and adapting to complex challenges.

Primary responsibilities
* Lead Your Pod to Success: Take full accountability for your Pod’s commercial performance, translating Trackunit’s GTM strategy into clear, executable goals.
* Drive Daily Performance & Execution: Inspect and act on Pod performance metrics daily, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
* Coach, Develop & Inspire Talent: Manage, mentor and grow a diverse team, running structured 1:1s and supporting long‑term career development.
* Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Ensure CRM discipline and high‑quality forecasting, representing your Pod in forecasting calls and executive reviews.
* Customer Engagement & Growth: Act as the senior point of contact for strategic customers, leading executive negotiations and shaping long‑term partnerships.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Escalate risks early, align resources and feed customer insights back into the GTM playbook.
* Enable Growth & Remove Blockers: Identify barriers to performance and systematically eliminate them.
