Job Description
* Lead the clean-up and reconciliation of the balance sheet, identifying and resolving discrepancies
* Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure ERP modules are correctly configured
* Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to enhance visibility across finance and operations
* Prepare monthly management reports including P&L, variance analysis, and commentary
* Conduct detailed inventory analysis including valuation, movements, and cost allocation
* Partner with operations and supply chain to understand cost drivers and improve margin performance
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units
* Perform product costing and profitability analysis
* Assist with capital expenditure tracking and ROI analysis for new investments
The Successful Applicant
* Available at short notice or immediately
* CA/CPA qualified
* Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar
* Exposure to inventory/product based environment
* Experience with ERP migration/troubleshooting highly regarded
* Ability to influence stakeholders and partner with operations
* Strong analytical ability - inventory + profitability analysis etc.
* Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability presenting to SLT
