Are you a dynamic warehouse leader with a passion for operational excellence and team development? MM Flowers is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of end-to-end warehousing operations.

🕒 Full-time: 40 hours (Monday–Friday)
🗣️ Languages: German & English essential
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll lead all aspects of warehousing – from Intake, Picking, Packaging, Yard, to Despatch – ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe operations. This is a high-impact role where you’ll:
✔️ Deliver against key KPIs (cost, productivity, service, stock accuracy)
✔️ Drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives
✔️ Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
✔️ Manage budgets and optimise operational performance
✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Planning & Procurement
✔️ Ensure best-in-class health, safety, and quality standards
What we’re looking for:
🔹 Proven leadership experience in warehouse/logistics management (FMCG preferred)
🔹 Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and operational processes
🔹 A track record of driving performance, efficiency, and cost control
🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Passion for building engaged, resilient teams
