We are looking for a
IT Operations Specialist (Application Support)
(unlimited, fulltime) Join our team at our location in Berlin, Verl, or Baden-Baden – hydrid working conditions available.
What will be your challenge in the role:
* Operate and maintain business-critical applications in accordance with ITIL (Service Operations)
* Handle incidents and problems efficiently, ensuring stable average resolution time
* Ensure the availability of critical applications and components
* Report and document disruptions for operation, changes, and deployment
* Support debugging at source-code level and contribute to testing activities
* Work closely with software developers to troubleshoot issues and support the further development of our applications
What you need to succeed in the role:
* You have a degree in business informatics, information technology, or equivalent
* You have 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Azure, C#)
* You're a team player, result-oriented, and eager to tackle new challenges
* You know how to communicate with different businesses and tech stakeholders, and you speak English fluently
* You are curious, self-driven, and willing to grow with the team and the company
