HR Project & Transformation Coordinator – Chief of Staff to CHRO (m/f/x)
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role at a pivotal moment in our customer's journey. Following a Private Equity acquisition, they are entering a period of significant transformation across both the business and the HR function. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you will take on a role with two core dimensions:
1. Driving and structuring HR transformation initiatives in partnership with the company's global Transformation Office.
2. Serving as Chief of Staff to the CHRO, acting as her/his trusted representative, advisor, and operational right hand.
Your experience
* Several years of professional experience in project management, HR transformation, consulting, strategy, or analytics, ideally in Private Equity-backed or rapidly changing environments.
* Proven track record managing global, cross-functional projects with analytical complexity.
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation, modeling, dashboards).
* Strong experience working with KPIs, HR metrics, compensation/financial data, and translating numerical insights into business recommendations.
* High proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create executive-ready presentations that simplify complexity and tell a clear story.
* Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
* Excellent English language skills (written and spoken) are required; German language skills are highly desired.
* Prior experience supporting senior executives (e.g., Chief of Staff, EA to C-suite, business partner) is a plus.
