We work with P&C, life, health insurers, distributors, asset managers, PE firms, reinsurers, regulators and Government bodies, carrying out work across the spectrum of insurance industry problems, including overall corporate strategies, growth & expansion strategies, business model transformation, finance, M&A and risk management.

ASSOCIATES will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying the key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements. You will work side by side with clients at all levels and your project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done. Clients and colleagues look to Associates for unique insight into the subject area which they have chosen.
ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships. You will manage the client at all levels within projects and be part of our business development team.
Just as every client project is different, so we recognize and value the diversity of backgrounds and skillsets for successful candidates. 3 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or similar organization)
~ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings
~ Fluency in German and English is required.
~ Have an aptitude for analytical work, like sniffing out clues in massive data sets or hunting down the key issues in a hugely complex challenge
