Responsibilities
* Ensure IT services meet SLAs and business needs.
* Coordinate incident, problem, and change management.
* Liaise with stakeholders and vendors.
* Monitor service performance and drive improvements.
* Manage service transitions and ITIL processes.
* Experience in IT service management.
* Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and SLA management.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
Requirements :
1)Must hold a valid work permit in Germany.
2) Several years of professional experience in the field of IT support .
3) English & local language Minimum B2 level needed.
