Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance professional with expertise in M&A and valuation, specifically within the Financial Services sector.
As a Manager, you will lead teams of junior and senior advisors on high-profile projects, delivering exceptional results and insights to clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading work streams on complex M&A, valuation, and corporate advisory projects.
* Developing and implementing financial models, analysis, and valuation methodologies.
* Preparing client reports, information memoranda, business plans, and other deliverables.
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members.
* Nurturing relationships with clients and our international network.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
* Expertise in the Financial Services industry, either as an advisor or from an in-house M&A/corporate finance background.
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
* A relevant professional qualification such as CFA or ACCA.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
* Advanced valuation and financial modeling skills, along with excellent report writing abilities.
* Business acumen and commercial awareness, with a talent for identifying business development opportunities.
* Fluency in English; proficiency in French and/or German is desirable.
