1. Travel to customer sites across U.S. (up to 80%)
2. Install, service, calibrate, and repair ZwickRoell testing systems
3. Train customers on usage, operation, and software
4. Modify or create new test methods as needed
5. ???????Evaluate test results for reasonableness
6. Prepare written calibration reports (ISO/IEC 17025 compliant)
7. Troubleshoot electromechanical and electronic systems
8. Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicle
9. Submit weekly service and activity reports
10. Support quality program and accreditation initiatives
11. PM (preventative maintenance) visits and call outs
What you must have:
12. Bachelor’s degree (engineering or technical discipline) OR field experience
13. ???????Experience with universal testing machines, extensometers, medical device testers, torsion or drop-weight systems
14. Metrology or calibration background strongly preferred
15. Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and troubleshoot electronics
16. Background from Instron, MTS, Shimadzu, ADMET, aerospace testing labs, materials testing labs, metrology organizations, or automation/mechatronics roles
17. VETERANS that have knowledge of 3 phase power
