Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise SaaS Sales Director who thrives on winning new logos and building relationships from the ground up.
This is a pure hunting role—your mission is to identify, engage, and close net-new enterprise customers for our industry-leading SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business acquisition within targeted enterprise accounts.
* Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to penetrate new markets.
* Prospect and engage C-level and senior decision-makers to uncover business needs.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
* Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to maximize pipeline generation.Consistently achieve and exceed new logo revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS new business sales with a proven track record of closing large, complex deals.
* Mandatory experience in industrial software sales (e.g., manufacturing, energy, asset management, operations).
* Proven track record of quota achievement and consistent success in winning large, billion-dollar enterprise customers.
* Strong ability to open doors and create opportunities in complex organizations.Skilled in consultative selling and building compelling business cases.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with subscription-based business models and SaaS KPIs.
* Experience in one or more of our key verticals—manufacturing, infrastructure, logistics, rail, pharma, energy & utilities—is highly desirable.
* Experience in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Asset Performance Management (APM), or Predictive Maintenance is highly desirable.
