【Key Responsibilities】
# Lead product marketing for EV and NEV models in the German market.
# Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging with a strong focus on EV technology, software, and user experience.
# Localize global product and technology strategies from Chinese HQ for European / German market needs.
# Drive EV product launches, including go-to-market planning and cross-functional coordination.
# Develop clear product storytelling around battery technology, charging, connectivity, ADAS, and sustainability.
# Create and maintain product marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials for XIAOMI sales staff.
# Conduct competitive EV benchmarking and continuously optimize differentiation.
# Collaborate with Product, R&D, and Software teams to feed market insights into future development.
# Ensure compliance with European and German regulatory requirements for EV communication.
【Key Requirements】
# Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Engineering, or a related field.
#5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategy, ideally within the automotive, EV, or technology sector.
# Strong understanding of the EV and NEV landscape, including battery technology, charging ecosystems, connectivity, ADAS, and software-defined vehicles.
# Proven experience in product positioning, value proposition development, and go-to-market planning for complex technology products.
# Ability to translate technical features into clear, compelling product messaging and marketing storytelling.
# Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive benchmarking and market analysis.
# Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop product marketing assets, sales tools, and training materials.
# Fluency in English and German required; Mandarin is an advantage.
