Responsibilities
Partnership Management
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in the eCommerce ecosystem, including digital agencies, marketplaces, payment providers, technology platforms, and logistics companies.
* Collaborate with partners to identify growth initiatives, align objectives, and execute joint marketing and sales campaigns.
* Provide consistent updates on performance metrics, product developments, and relevant initiatives.
* Monitor partner results, evaluate data, and recommend strategies to drive revenue and engagement.
* Liaise closely with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Solutions) to support partnership activities effectively.
* Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of service.
Business Development
* Lead negotiations of partnership agreements and commercial terms to establish mutually beneficial collaborations.
* Identify and develop new opportunities for expansion into additional markets and innovative partnership programs.
* Work with marketing to create impactful promotions, events, and co-branded initiatives.
* Prepare presentations and materials highlighting the value proposition for prospective partners.
Strategic Planning
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth and revenue targets.
* Assess market trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities and anticipate challenges.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product) to align on priorities and drive execution.
Performance Analysis
* Track and report on key metrics such as referrals, pipeline generation, contract value, and conversion rates.
* Analyse performance data to generate insights and improve partner effectiveness.
* Deliver regular reporting and recommendations to internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
* 2–3+ years of proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar commercial role, preferably in the eCommerce or digital services sector.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
* Solid understanding of Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce, logistics solutions, and digital marketing channels.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
* Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and inform strategy.
* Proficiency in CRM platforms, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Skilled at presenting and influencing across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
