We are seeking a Payroll Trainee to join our team in February 2026.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in managing client payroll processes, setting up employment contracts, and handling related tasks.
* Support the team in overall payroll management for client portfolio;
* Set up client employment contracts, registration, and declaration at competent authorities, and other administrative tasks;
* Respond to client inquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate should have basic knowledge of salary calculation, labor law, social security, and payroll tax; demonstrate rigorous analytical skills; and possess strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
