Activities
* Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively
* Lead interdisciplinary IT teams: assign tasks, provide guidance, monitor progress, and ensure team collaboration
* Communicate and manage expectations with key stakeholders (clients, management, technical teams)
* Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
* Estimate project budgets, track costs, and ensure delivery within financial targets
* Oversee quality assurance across all project deliverables and implement improvements when needed
* Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
* Capture lessons learned and contribute to best practices for future projects
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in IT project management, IT consulting, software delivery, or digital transformation (B2B sector)
* Background in managing projects involving Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or high motivation to quickly gain deep WMS knowledge
* Good knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (planning, risk/financial management, roadmapping, reporting)
* Hands-on experience with Agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
* Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master) is a plus
* Fluent in German and English
