Your responsibilities
1. Assisting the rollout of a new printing solution within Uniper
2. Potential to attend various locations within Uniper (in Germany) to assist with printer onboarding
3. Providing monitoring and reporting on the key focus areas
4. Support in coordinating and monitoring new process improvements
5. Get involved with end user issues to help identify resolutions should the processes not lead to a resolution
6. This role reports directly to the Service Owner for Printing
Your profile
7. Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar
8. Requires good analytical, coordination and communication skills
9. Being structured and paying attention to detail will be critical to ensure improvements are delivered
10. Ability to identify issues before they occur and to look for solutions or seek advice when challenges arise
11. Ideal for someone who is self-motivating and driven to deliver improvements to the service
12. This would also suite someone who wants to get a broad awareness of Uniper’s diverse Businesses
13. Language skills: spoken and written English language is important, with German an advantage
14. Ability to travel to various Uniper locations within Germany would also be an advantage
