Your areas of responsibilities:
* Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility within the distribution channel, present marketing concepts for physical point-of-sale projects
* Utilize deep understanding of retail KPIs, consumer journeys, retail needs, and restrictions to tailor marketing initiatives to meet the needs of our retail partners
* Gather product, campaign, and sales input for launches, and create specific briefings for tool creation (windows, POS displays, activations, etc)
* Manage the creation process to meet defined KPIs, including timeline and budget
* Drive technical development and prototyping within budget, collaborating with internal and external partners
* Collaborate with International Marketing to optimize brand and product presentation globally
* Maintain close alignment with category Marketing teams to ensure consistency with category objectives as well as regularly visit points of sale to enhance expertise and gain on-the-ground experience
* Assist in establishing and managing global online Trade Marketing standards, processes, and content
Your profile of qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant international work experience in trade marketing, brand marketing, or retail design, preferably in the consumer goods and lifestyle industry
* Deep understanding of retail KPIs, consumer journeys, retail needs, and restrictions
* Proven experience with leading freelancers and external agencies, ideally in the field of retail design and production
* Outstanding project management skills and ability to handle multiple topics simultaneously under high pressure
* Passion for all aspects of retail, paired with executional excellence and attention to detail
* Experience with online trade marketing is a plus
* Ambition and flexibility, challenging the status quo with a hands-on, start-up mentality and a collaborative team player approach
* Excellent English communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships with external partners and corporate stakeholders, German language is beneficial, but not mandatory
