Your seat to fill:
1. Own the strategic and operational management of Travel Management and Fleet Management
2. Design, implement, and continuously optimize mobility policies, guidelines, and processes
3. Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to mobility and transportation
4. Coordinate and manage domestic and international business travel for internal and external stakeholders
5. Ensure adherence to the Travel Policy while delivering a seamless and positive traveler experience
6. Provide expert support on visa requirements and application procedures
7. Lead commercial negotiations with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure competitive corporate agreements
8. Develop, manage, and optimize the company fleet strategy, including leasing models, supplier selection, and utilization
9. Build and maintain strong partnerships with car dealerships and leasing providers to enhance efficiency and optimize cost structures
10. Ensure transparent, compliant, and sustainable fleet operations
11. Take ownership of budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for Travel and Fleet Management
12. Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives and process improvements across all mobility activities
13. Coach and mentor team members, fostering performance, accountability, and professional growth
14. Strengthen procurement, negotiation, and supplier management capabilities within the team
15. Collaborate closely with cross-functional and international stakeholders to align mobility solutions with business needs
Your stroll to CYBEX:
16. A university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related discipline, or a completed vocational training (“Ausbildung”) with relevant hands-on experience
17. Several years of professional experience in Travel Management, Fleet Management, Mobility, Procurement, or a similar role, ideally within an international environment
18. Strong service quality orientation with a passion for delivering an exceptional traveler experience, ensuring smooth, reliable, and proactive support throughout the entire travel process
19. In depth understanding of the business travel industry, including best practices, system workflows (e.g., OBE, TMC operations), and common pain points of travelers and travel arrangers
20. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with external service providers and travel partners, ensuring high operational quality, continuous improvement, and cost efficiency
21. Solid expertise in budget management, KPI tracking, and cost optimization
22. Good knowledge of legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements related to travel and fleet operations
23. Demonstrated leadership or people management experience
24. A structured, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of ownership
25. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
26. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
