POSITION: Sales Executive – DACH Market LOCATION: Germany (Düsseldorf) SALARY: €40k–€50k base €10k–€20k variable (OTE), depending on experience At Neulinx, we’re hiring on behalf of a growing SaaS company in the property and hospitality tech space. Their platform supports thousands of independent accommodation providers across Europe and North America — and they’re now looking to expand their presence across the DACH region. This role is a great fit for someone who’s motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and curious about a career in sales. You don’t need to come from a traditional sales background — maybe you’ve worked in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles. What matters most is that you’re proactive, switched-on, and ready to learn. What you’ll be doing Selling the company’s award-winning SaaS product mainly over the phone — through a mix of outreach and inbound interest. Learning about each customer’s business and tailoring a demo that actually makes sense for them. Researching and identifying new leads in the market. Keeping track of your activity and pipeline in the CRM. Working closely with the local marketing and sales leads to support campaigns and region-specific growth. Collaborating with the customer onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth handovers once a sale is made. Working towards personal targets and celebrating your wins along the way. What we’re looking for You’re based in Germany and have the right to work without needing visa sponsorship. You’re fluent in both German and English — English is used for internal communication and training. You’re great at talking to people and building rapport, especially over the phone. You’ve got a university degree, ideally in business, marketing, hospitality, tourism or something similar — but we’re flexible. You’ve worked in a hotel, at a front desk, or in a role where you dealt with customers — and now you’re ready for something new. Or you’ve got 1–2 years of sales experience and want to grow within a supportive, fast-moving team. You’re confident, organised, and ready to work towards goals. You’re comfortable learning new tools and picking up systems quickly. What’s on offer A permanent, full-time role with a competitive base salary and commission. 25 days holiday, plus public holidays. You’ll need to be based in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), as the team meets in person every Wednesday in Düsseldorf — this is an important part of the culture and learning experience.
