Tasks
* Advising and supporting customers by phone, email and chat
* Order processing in the e-commerce system
* Processing returns
* Processing complaints
* System and data maintenance
* Support sales
Requirements
* Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1).
* Minimum 1 year of customer support and sales experience.
* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Experience in managing high-value customer interactions.
* Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
