Technical Manager - Bottling Plant (m/f/d)
The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our alcohol bottling plant, ensuring efficient and reliable production operations. This senior role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a small team while actively participating in maintenance, improvement projects, and the implementation of new product lines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in bottling operations, a proven track record of optimizing production processes, and the ability to develop and implement effective maintenance plans and performance KPIs.
Team Leadership and Management:
Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of the team.
Maintenance Management:
Develop and implement comprehensive preventative and predictive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
Oversee the execution of maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Improvement Projects and Process Optimization:
Lead and participate in capital projects related to equipment upgrades and expansions.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, equipment uptime, and maintenance effectiveness.
Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Implement data driven solutions to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a technical management role within a bottling plant, preferably in the alcohol or beverage industry.
Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance plans and improvement projects.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Good communication skills in spoken and written German and English.
Experience with ERP systems.
Project management certification.
