This exciting role in our German HQ in Wuppertal is starting as a part-time role (24hrs / week) witht he potential to become full-time in the future.
Your tasks:
1. Management and maintenance of the company fleet (company and pool vehicles)
2. Coordination of vehicle orders, handovers and returns
3. Contact person for employees with questions about company cars
4. Processing fines and invoices
5. Organization and documentation of driving license checks and UVV
6. Collaboration with leasing companies and dealers
7. Maintenance of vehicle data as well as simple evaluations and reports
Your background:
8. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent or completed education or comparable experience
9. Languages: fluent German (speaking and writing) and good English (speaking and writing)
10. Good organizational skills and service orientation
11. Confident use of MS Office; Experience with fleet tools is an advantage
12. Reliable, structured way of working
