A global leader in energy infrastructure technology is delivering large-scale high-voltage power cable projects across Germany. We are seeking a Health & Safety (SHE) Supervisor to drive a strong safety culture across our construction sites.
In this position, you will ensure that health, safety, environmental, and sustainability (SHE) standards are effectively implemented during the transportation, installation, and commissioning of high-voltage cable systems. You will work closely with contractors, clients, and project teams to safeguard people, assets, and the environment.
Advise and guide project teams on SHE policies, compliance, and best practices
Identify, assess, and help mitigate HSE risks throughout the project lifecycle
ensure adherence to the project safety management plan
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
~3+ years of experience in SHE supervision on construction projects
~ Proficient in MS Office
