Responsibilities
* Resource planning and continuous personnel and area development based on our corporate values
* Translating and implementing the corporate strategy within your area of responsibility
* Active contribution to product marketing via trade shows, publications, presentations or social media campaigns
* Customer support and assistance in technical discussions and negotiations domestically and internationally
* Integrated product management in close cooperation with product-related departments such as Electrical & Automation, Digitalization and Service to increase profitability and drive service growth
YOU KNOW
* You hold a degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering Bachelor/Master) or a comparable discipline.
* Several years of professional experience in project planning, engineering or commissioning of metallurgical plants, preferably with knowledge of aluminium rolling mills.
* Enthusiasm for leadership, motivation and development of employees.
* Confident appearance with customers and business partners.
* Negotiation skills, assertiveness, resilience and decisiveness.
* Flexibility and readiness to travel internationally.
* Ability to identify necessary change processes and implement them successfully.
* Proficient English skills.
