Job Overview
The Yard Area Manager is responsible for overseeing yard operations in collaboration with Dock, Receive and Ship teams to ensure First-In-First-Out processing and mitigate customer experience risks.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can manage the day-to-day activities of our yard operations team. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to streamline the flow of trucks in and out of the yards, ensuring timely arrivals and departures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree or relevant experience in people management,
among other areas;
* Relevant communication skills to interface effectively with peers, leadership,and a wide range of internal stakeholders;
The abilityto analyze dataand use itto make informed business decisionsis essentialfor this role.
The candidate should possess a high levelof English proficiency (written verbal)and local language proficiency (if necessary).
