Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Global SIP Operations Lead (m/f/*) for TEBG Global Commercial Center, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Support in Optimizing TEBG SIP Framework: Leverage business insights to enhance the TEBG SIP framework. Ensure alignment with corporate strategies and objectives. Coordinate Plan Design Structure: Collaborate between business and IBO-SIP teams on plan design structure, elements, and variables. Ensure plans are tailored to meet business needs and strategic goals. Support Quota Setting Process: Coordinate between sales leaders, finance, and IBO-SIP to define plan quotas. Ensure quotas are set accurately and communicated effectively. Run Analytics: Conduct data analysis to ensure SIP plans align with set guidelines. Provide insights to optimize plan performance and compliance. Run Quarterly Audits: Conduct quarterly audits to ensure spec-in process and data compliance with SIP standards. Review exception requests and ensure governance principles are followed. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field. Fundamental experience in sales operations, incentive program management, or business analytics. Strong proficiency in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce (SFDC). Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with corporate systems and governance frameworks related to incentive programs. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience in global sales environments with diverse market dynamics. Familiarity with incentive modelling and forecasting techniques. Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
