You will work closely with senior leaders of client-facing teams and other functions, and experience the collaborative leadership style of Genioo. You bring diverse consulting experience within the life sciences industry, which may include a mix of Commercial, TechOps, Supply Chain, R&D, and Digital. You are able to develop functional areas effectively at your core clients, as well as act as a subject matter expert to other Genioo Client Service peers leading other accounts. The current internal title for this role is "Vice President Client Service." What You’ll Do Take responsibility for developing a book of business of roughly 5-8 million Euro. Own performance targets for assigned accounts and work with internal teams to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets. Lead the client development and engagement process for large scale transformation programs to C-level and senior client executives. Develop account plans based on the client needs involving senior leadership and implement and monitor them with rigor. Implement strategies for a number of major accounts to deliver meaningful impact for the client and sustainable growth for Genioo. Accountable for client development, opportunity management, and client delivery in assigned accounts. Create long lasting and trust-based relationships with C-level and senior client executives, modeling Genioo’s Client for Life mindset and approach. Coach and support the team to identify, win, and deliver consulting opportunities. Ensure overall quality delivery and success embedding Genioo QA processes. Who You Are You have 15-25 years of professional experience, including 8+ years in consulting and previous experience selling consulting projects. You have strategy consulting experience in Life Science, Biotech or Pharma from a top 5 consulting company (such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Accenture). You’ve held a line management / operational role at a Life Sciences company. You have operational experience delivering consulting in multiple functional areas including Commercial, TechOps, Procurement, R&D & Digital. You have a track record of client development, and managing a book of business. A natural leader with the ability to influence, delegate, hold others accountable, and collaborate with staff and colleagues at all levels. A strong self-starter and possess an excellent grasp of financial and other drivers of our business.
