Technical Support Engineer – Germany We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support customers across Germany in the surveying and construction equipment sector. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers in Germany Perform equipment installation, testing, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting Deliver customer training and prepare German-language manuals, videos, and documentation Collect user feedback and coordinate with HQ for continuous product improvement Support local service center setup and handle minor equipment repairs Assist the Sales Manager during customer visits and product certification processes Requirements German national, fluent in German and English 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer / FAE, preferably in surveying or construction equipment Strong hands-on technical capability and excellent communication skills Willingness to travel regularly for field service Valid drivers license required Location: Germany Travel: Frequent field travel required If you are technically strong, customer-oriented, and enjoy field-based work, we look forward to receiving your application.
