Job Description
* Establish and monitor metrics for efficiency, communication, and satisfaction to quantify all aspects of a happy and efficient team in our production centers across Germany
* Prepare reports to support decision-making related to capacity planning and incentive systems
* Improve and oversee the performance bonus program for our production centers
* Be responsible for workforce capacity planning and aligning capacity with company objectives
* Manage the employee feedback process and ensure data-driven follow-up actions, such as training initiatives and compensation adjustments
Qualifications
* Previous experience in business development, people analytics, or similar fields
* Very good skills in Excel and Google Workspace; experience with Workday, Looker, or Tableau is an advantage
* Strong affinity for numbers and data, a proactive and solution-oriented working style, as well as excellent analytical skills
* Assertiveness, a high degree of personal responsibility, a can-do mentality, and a data-driven mindset
* Interest and courage to try new things and make a lasting impact
* Strong communication skills in English, German is a plus
