Your tasks:
We will prepare you intensively for your assignment in our IT system administration department:
1. You will soon be familiar with our modern IT systems: As an IT specialist, you will always have an overview of everything around here and around the Windows operating systems and will gain insights into our process and project management right from the start.
2. Moreover, you will learn how to monitor our global infrastructure and our cloud services based on Microsoft 365 and Azure and install hardware and software.
3. Together with your experienced colleagues in an international team, you will be responsible for a user helpdesk and be available to answer IT questions in a friendly and helpful manner. You will analyze any errors by phone and email and find suitable solutions.
4. In addition, your tasks will also include user administration and reporting faults in our ticket system.
Your placement would start on September 1st.
