Cervello Global Corporation is seeking an experienced Medical Liaison Officer (LNO) to provide medical logistics assistance and liaison support services to the Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEOS, PM SMD) under its Force Integration Division (FID). The LNO will serve as a vital enabler between supported operational units, PM SMD Regional Managers, and key stakeholders in the military medical logistics enterprise, ensuring the effective fielding, sustainment, and coordination of Medical Equipment Sets (MES), materiel readiness, and medical supply chain operations in a designated Area of Responsibility (AOR). Place of Performance is at Reinland-Pfalz Army MWR in Kaiserslautern, Germany. JOB DUTIES / EXPERTISE: Serve as the primary medical logistics liaison between supported units, PEOS, PM SMD FID, and key organizations such as USAMMA, Medical Logistics units, and Medical Maintenance Depots. Deliver timely and accurate medical sustainment technical guidance, coordinate maintenance and Class VIII resupply requirements, and support lifecycle management of fielded medical assemblages. Provide field-level coordination and technical assistance on infrastructure readiness, materiel handling, and unit synchronization for MES fielding missions across CONUS and OCONUS regions. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop requirement estimates and resource recommendations, including equipment density reporting, maintenance schedules, disposition instructions, and reconciliation of Class VIII materiel requisitions. Facilitate project planning and execution by defining and validating manpower, travel, schedule, and logistical resource requirements in support of assigned fielding initiatives. Conduct handoffs of medical equipment to gaining units, ensuring completion of all transfer documentation—including DA Form 1348-1, inventory reports, APO orders, and DA Form 1687—submitted to the Regional Manager within 48 hours (Deliverable 14 – CDRL A014). Perform fault system analyses, identify materiel support issues in the field, and prepare research-driven problem statements and actionable recommendations. Provide liaison support to PEOS, PM SMD FID in coordination with Army Medical Materiel Centers (USAMMC-K, -E, -SWA) and globally located contingency support/exercise operations. Support the development and management of Mission Support Plans, archival documentation, and distribution to supported commands and organizations.Assist in the preparation of special reports, studies, briefing papers, and analyses related to FID operations and medical logistics support. Provide subject matter expertise across all echelons on regulations, policies, initiatives, and updates affecting medical logistics and fielding projects.Train supported units on the use of medical sustainment tools, inventory processes, MES sustainment procedures, and Class VIII procurement operations. Advise and liaise with Major Component Commands to communicate current business practices and future project schedules.
