Stellenbeschreibung
* Manage the legal risk in relation to aircraft deliveries
* Understand and manage the aircraft sales purchase agreement (contract) with a focus on deliveries
* Directly contribute to Airbus' financial Targets
* Manage customer & financier relationships around the globe
* Protect deliveries and manage exceptions (delays, defaults)
* Managing the delivery closing for the Transfer of Title of the aircraft to the customer,
* Prepare Airbus commercial and legal documentation based on the aircraft financing
* Calculate the final aircraft price, invoice accordingly and ensure payment, monitor
* Represent Airbus for official and social events with customers

Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Law, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in:
o Purchasing
o Customer Service
o Contract Management
o Sales
* Experience in project management, Data analysis and structuring
* Airbus experience is an advantage
* Very good knowledge in using MS-Excel
* Good knowledge in using SAP/R3
* Knowledge in using MS-Word
* Fluent in English
* Knowledge of German is an advantage
