Objective: Manage Product Delivery and Lifecycle Execution
Tasks:
* Tracking delivery progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, and required decisions across relevant teams.
* Supporting release planning and delivery readiness, including acceptance criteria, operational documentation, runbooks, handover requirements, monitoring, and support models.
* Ensuring that new or changed services are ready for stable Day-2 operation before production rollout.
* Ensuring lifecycle updates, and operational improvements across Network products.
* Translation of business, technical, and operational needs into product and product release specifications, delivery roadmaps, release plans, and operational readiness requirements.
Objective: Coordinate the Network Portfolio and Operational Priorities
Tasks:
* Ensuring alignment between product roadmap, delivery commitments, operational capacity, and service stability.
Objective: Product Management with Delivery and Day-2 Operations Focus
Tasks:
* Acting as Product Manager for the Network product portfolio with responsibility for requirements, roadmap, delivery alignment, and operational readiness.
* Gathering, refining, and prioritizing product requirements from business stakeholders, architecture, delivery teams, operations, and platform consumers.
* Consulting with Architecture, Delivery, Operations, and stakeholders to ensure product alignment, delivery feasibility, operational sustainability, and clear ownership of Day-2 requirements.
* Creating product specifications and product release specifications following the processes defined by Program-level Product Management.
* Recommending new products, enhancements, automation, or operational improvements to align with goals and increase Day-2 efficiency.
Objective: Strengthen Day-2 Operations and Service Stability
Tasks:
* Coordinating with Operations to ensure stable Day-2 operation of Network services after rollout.
* Contributing to the improvement of operational processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and lifecycle management.
* Contributing to the review of operational KPIs, recurring incidents, risks, and service improvement opportunities.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to increase service reliability, automation, standardization, and operational efficiency.
* Ensuring that operational feedback is reflected in product planning, roadmap decisions, and future releases.
* Supporting the creation and maintenance of operational documentation, support models, escalation paths, known-error handling, and service runbooks.
Objective: Promote Cross-Functional Delivery Alignment
Tasks:
* Coordination and consulting as the interface between product development, delivery teams, operations, architecture, leadership, and Product Lines.
* Ensuring alignment of portfolio goals with broader Infrastructure and strategies.
* Facilitating alignment between roadmap planning, delivery execution, operational readiness, and Day-2 support.
* Supporting decision-making across teams by providing transparency on delivery status, dependencies, operational risks, and required prioritization.
* Ensuring that Architecture, Delivery and Operations teams are involved early enough to avoid handover gaps and production readiness issues.
Objective: Define Portfolio Governance, Reporting and Operational Control
Tasks:
* Communicating portfolio status, roadmap progress, delivery risks, operational risks, and key decisions to stakeholders.
* Providing regular updates on roadmap status, delivery milestones, service readiness, operational KPIs, and portfolio risks.
* Ensuring compliance with internal processes, standards, governance requirements, and product management processes.
* Establishing transparency on delivery commitments, release scope, operational impact, and Day-2 readiness.
* Supporting portfolio governance by ensuring that delivery execution and operational stability are continuously tracked and reported.
Objective: Define and Manage a Delivery-Oriented Network Product Portfolio
Tasks:
* Consulting on the definition and maintenance of the roadmap for the Network product portfolio within the Infrastructure Product Line, ensuring that decisions support reliable operations, maintainability, lifecycle control, and long-term platform sustainability.
* Providing internal demand, operational feedback, and platform lifecycle requirements to support the evolution of the products and components in the Network product portfolio.
