We seek a seasoned expert in ship outfitting engineering to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of outfitting systems and related specifications.
* Develop comprehensive technical specifications for ship outfitting systems, encompassing doors, insulation, cranes, and technical installations.
* Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to select suitable options.
* Providing detailed engineering documentation and approval workflows.
* Oversight of outfitting design integration with related disciplines.
* Conducting thorough reviews to ensure compliance with classification society and client requirements.
* Ensuring proper preparation and handover of outfitting packages to production.
* Proven experience in ship outfitting engineering is essential.
* Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in vendor coordination are required.
* Ability to prepare project-critical technical documentation.
* Immediate availability and EU citizenship are mandatory requirements.
* German language skills are an asset but not essential.
