About the role The procurement team is an integral part of the PEPI practice and supports our clients’ pre‑deal diligence and post‑deal value creation strategy. We seek experienced procurement practitioners with a background in strategic sourcing and value delivery in corporate or private equity environments. Pre‑deal diligence experience is desirable. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement elements of buy and sell‑side pre‑deal diligence: summarize opportunities, benefits, levers, and provide analytical evidence for findings. Manage post‑deal savings delivery projects: build sourcing strategies, execute delivery, and sign off savings. Lead and develop junior team members, engage with the GCC, and contribute to new business development. Skills and Experience Degree from an accredited university; procurement‑specific certifications are a plus. 5–10 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience with complex programs. Experience in industrials, chemicals/process, IT/technology services, healthcare, or CRG is desirable. Knowledge of categories such as metals, packaging, chemicals, manufacturing services, food products, logistics, CDMO, and IT. Ability to analyze large volumes of data and derive insights. Supplier negotiation experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience creating sourcing strategies and value‑creation plans. Confident stakeholder engagement and presentation skills. Experience in selling consulting services is desirable. Fluency in German and English; additional European language skills are welcome.
