Concept Engineer – Pre-Sales Robotic Solutions

I’m looking for a Senior Concept Engineer to play a key role in robotic concept development during the pre-sales process, helping businesses understand the value of modular robotic automation.

What You’ll Be Doing: Partner with customers and sales teams to understand their needs and develop tailored automation concepts. Convert requirements into technically sound, cost-efficient robot automation concepts. Prepare and deliver demos, simulations, and proof-of-value concepts showcasing real impact. Act as the technical expert in sales conversations, making complex robotics understandable. Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Ops) to coordinate schedules and deliverables. Capture customer insights and help influence product development.
What We’re Looking For: Experience in technical pre-sales, automation, robotics, or mechanical design. Strong proficiency in CAD programs (e.g., Autodesk Fusion) and simulation tools. Problem-solving and creativity for developing automation solutions. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Independence, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Strong proficiency in English and German.
Flexible working options: hybrid on-site in Munich or remote from other regions across Germany; travel to HQ and customer sites.
Salary ranges: €60,000 - €90,000 + bonus + benefits. *Dependent on experience*
